Spiritual evolution is not the same as ancestral evolution. It has nothing to do with who your great, great grand parents were, neither has it to do with what we have evolved from, as in body shape or whether we evolved from apes, as in Darwin's theory. We may well have physically evolved from apes, but this isn't the issue here.

What is at issue is not what we were, but who we were before we came to live this life. And please realise that you were not another person, you were yourself, living before, you had another name and looked different; but you were still you.

This planet is currently in the 3rd Dimension. It is on the verge of moving to the next two Dimensions. When we die or as some people say "pass-over", we leave the 3rd Dimension and we then reside on the 4th which is the Astral Plane. Once we finally leave the 3rd for good, we will then be on the 4th and when we die or "pass-over" we will then go to the 5th Dimension. The 4th taking the place of the 3rd. We don't actually "go" anywhere. All Dimensions are in the same place, we merely slip from one to the other. That is why clairvoyants can see those that have passed over. They are here all the time, but we can not see them, because they are on a different plane. A ghost is a living entity, could be human, that has lost its 3rd dimensional body, but has not moved into the 4th dimension. They are what is known as "Earth Bound". They live in the 3rd Dimension in a 4th dimensional body. That is why a ghost is more easy to see, than someone who has passed over, but is not a ghost.

Every human has to start somewhere and the only place to start is at the beginning. If you ever hear a person say, "We have all lived many times before", this is an incorrect statement. Unless it applies to a certain group of people that are known to be evolved. It is a nonsense to say all humans have lived many times before, unless you are referring to animal lifetimes as well. All humans have been animals before. This makes some people feel uncomfortable. They don't like to think they were an animal, even bird. And before that they would have come from a group soul, such as an insect. Only the Queen would be ready to move on and take up another life in a higher body, such as a snail, or worm, where independence is learned. This is spiritual evolution. It is what your spirit has been in the past. It makes no difference whether you believe it or not. This is how it is.

Most humans have been a domestic animal, before their first incarnation. If you are a sceptic, please read carefully what I have to say.

Why are there some people who just don't know how to be sociable, caring, honest, loving, considerate, calm, intelligent and wise?

Why are there also people who do know how to be all of the above?

What is the fundamental difference between these people? I will tell you. The people who are not any of the above, are that way because they have not learned how to be, over the course of incarnations, human or animal. Please try and grasp this. A domesticated animal, living with a warm and loving family, learns to be these things. A cat for instance who is well fed, has a special place to sleep, is stroked and groomed, cuddled and see humans inter-acting lovingly, brings this into their life, even in their very first incarnation as a human. Then let's say a dog lives with a family who feeds it poorly, kicks it frequently, neglects it, yells at it and sees the man of the house having sex with his off-spring, brings that with them into their very first incarnation as human. Could you in all fairness expect a person male or female to understand social skills, to know how to love and care, if this was what they brought with them? It should be quite clear who are lowly evolved or unevolved and who are average and who are highly evolved. It is not so clear who is Very Highly evolved. These people are so different from the ordinary person, that they are often misunderstood.

This is why criminals should not be punished. Punishment will not teach them to love, to care, to be sociable creatures. It is learned over life-times. It does teach them that violence is the only way to survive. That you will never get anywhere unless you learn to take what you want, regardless of consequence. Locking them up may protect the community, but for how long? Aren't most criminals worse when they get out? Don't they usually keep in touch with all the friends they made inside? And don't they usually offend again? So why do we lock them up at great expense to the taxpayer? We have been locking them up, because we have not known what else to do with them. We lock them up to punish them and to get rid of them and to teach them a lesson. But has this line of thought and action been productive? And what sort of a person will they be in their next life, after one spent mostly in jails? Why do you think men pack rape? The reason is, they are in their first human incarnation and they have pack raped before as a dog, wolf, or some other animal. They were not punished then, so they do not think it is a possibility they will be punished again. They are merely following their instincts. This does not make them evil. Most unevolved and lowly evolved people are not evil. An evil person is a more highly evolved person, driven by power, greed or perversion who does know that what they are doing is wrong. Even a person the top end of average evolution can be evil, if they do not realize their incarnation, do not care and are unafraid of the consequences. It would be very rare for a Highly evolved person to be evil and even rarer for a Very Highly evolved person to be evil, however it would not be impossible. The gods of the underworld have been human and are as such Very Highly evolved, but have chosen a path that does not benefit them spiritually. They are still evolving.

Some people have thought that I am indicating that I am Very Highly evolved. I have never said that. I have always said that I am Highly evolved. Every person living, incarnate and discarnate has a hierarchical position. There are no two souls at exactly the same position. We all have a number. Even identical twins may be side by side, but one would be higher than the other, if even only by 1 point.

The very first incarnation is always male. This explains why the jails are so full of men and not so many women. By the time a human incarnates for the second time, they have already learned something. It may be that "crime does not pay", or that jail is an unpleasant place to be avoided if at all possible. However not much is gained as in experience to bring with you until after the fourth incarnation, when you have emerged from the sludge tray (unevolved), to the area of Lowly evolved. There are still many criminals in this area. They may not be Bank robbers, murderers or rapists, though the above are here also. Child abusers, vandals and litterbugs could be in this section. Paedophiles are usually more highly evolved, usually the top end of average and know that what they are doing is wrong. That is why they are intelligent, clever and resourceful. They have chosen to follow the negative path. These are people to punish, if you are going down that road.

Now there is something important I want to bring to your attention. If you will look at the diagram, you will notice that the sludge tray is full. This means that the unevolved usually have lots of friends, because there are lots of people like them to be friends with. Once the pyramid is entered, where evolution is now taking place, (in fact every soul is evolving, though it may seem that we are devolving) there is also a large number of souls here too. As one becomes more evolved, there are less and less. Highly evolved people often have less friends than average and lowly evolved people. Only people who have made the effort to surround themselves with like minded people have many friends when they are highly evolved. The Very Highly evolved have less friends again, as they are few and far between. It is very lonely at the top. Why? Because no one understands you. No one knows as much as you. Many lesser evolved people think you are wrong, weird and even crazy. This is one reason why a Very Highly evolved person will most likely never be in a position of leadership. They will get no votes what so ever. Only other Very Highly evolved persons will recognise them and they are few and far between. When less evolved people read what I have to say. straight away, they think I am wrong. They think they are right without even thinking deeply about what they have just read.

So you should understand now why it is a lot easier for a person of average evolution to get elected, than someone of higher evolution. A person of average evolution has the support of like-minded people, of which there are many. They also have the support of the lesser evolved, of which there are even more. They can relate to and understand that person or candidate. A person more highly evolved than average relates to less people. They can understand a lesser evolved person, as they have been there, done that, and can see where they have gone wrong, but a lesser evolved person can not understand the more highly evolved and can not relate to them and in their ignorance, often think they are wrong or ridicule them. This is a very difficult problem to solve.

The reason a hierarchical system of governance is better as opposed to Democracy is this: There are in fact several reasons, firstly you have only one governing body and no Parliament. Having a Parliament consists of paying not only the Opposition's salaries, but all Parties who hold seats in Parliament. (When you think about it, how absurd is it to pay the salary of someone who opposes you.) This is quite a huge cost. Many of these people do very little for the money they earn. Secondly nothing can go through unless the bill is passed, and there are various ways of sneaking bills through. Sometimes bills are held up, just to be ornery, recalcitrant or intransigent, as in a filibuster. Also nothing ever seems to get achieved. If you listen to Question Time, it is a matter of one person hurling an insult at another, or pointing out an indiscretion, then the other person retaliates and that's the end of it. Nothing seems to get rectified.

Then there is the fact that the Party is elected by the majority vote, and as I have pointed out the majority of any population is less than Highly evolved. And in the case of the Liberals, of course they did not even get anywhere near the majority of the votes. The same thing has happened in the United States. It is not just Australia. It happens in all democracies.

Another factor is that even if another party gets elected, you get the same system of governance, so all the things you do not like are likely to remain unchanged. Only the personality of the Leadership actually changes. The choice you have for the Leadership is firstly the choice of the Party. It is whoever they select.

Another fact is: The party most likely to win an election is often the one with the most campaign funds to spend, the Party with the most television coverage and the Party with the most charismatic candidate. I would never call John Howard charismatic, however who else was he up against that had more charisma? I actually think Kim Beazley had more charisma, but the Tampa issues was a defining moment in history and just showed how the Australian public feels about refugees lobbing into our country uninvited.

With a hierarchy, once all the positions are filled with wise, sensitive, caring, loving, stable, compassionate, fair and ethical persons, the next person in line is known and is constantly training for the position at the top. Where there are 21, and the top position becomes vacant for whatever reason, say retirement or death, the next position under that person, moves into the position, without a vote. It is automatic and accepted. If the person was not right for the job, they would have never risen to that position. This then leaves the bottom position vacant, but even this would not be filled by an outsider. There must be an inner circle of 21 and an outer circle of 64 and each of them has a position and a natural progression to the top. Of course there may be times when this is unable to apply as in the case of one person under performing and another person over performing. There may be a time when two people are asked to change places, or if someone retires or dies, the person below may be asked to remain in their position and another person asked to take it. This may happen a lot at the beginning as positions are sorted out.

Please do not reject this idea outright. You need to at least consider what I have said, before you go off on a tangent, It may take a while to be accepted; it may never be accepted, but if you look at it with "seeing" eyes, you will see more than just what I have written. If you were to ask a seer which they thought was the best system, I guarantee they would choose mine, and all seers are either Highly evolved or Very Highly evolved. Of course it is no use asking an ignorant person, why would they 'know' what was the best system? They might 'think' they know, but in reality they are spiritually impoverished and have no idea at all.

I want to get back to evolution again. I want you to think about how dangerous it is for great wealth to be in the hands of lowley and unevolved souls, such as some footballers, wrestlers and boxers and some Rock stars fall into this category. I can hear some people saying all sorts of things at this point. These people share many things in common and they share none with me. They are mostly unevolved or lowly evolved and should not be able to earn large amounts of money. They can not deal with it responsibly. They are selfish and self-serving and must not be worshipped in the manner they are at present. They are not worthy of any attention. Playing a game well should be just that, unless it is a game of extreme skill, such as golf and tennis. It is fine for other unevolved and lowly evolved people to enjoy watching the sport played. This is not a problem or concern. The problem is the huge sums of money these people are paid for doing very little work to warrant it.

A famous person must be responsible for their actions; therefore they must behave with dignity and decorum. Getting drunk, road and air rage, knocking people unconscious for money is immoral, degenerate and debauched. Their disfunctional lives are only exacerbated by wealth. These people sometimes liken themselves to God and treat women as subservient to them. It is also the behaviour of the lowly evolved. Worshipping people like this is fairly sickening to me and I hope many others. To put a man on a pedestal that has shoved his finger up the anus of another person in full view of the public and thinks this is acceptable, is beyond belief. And then hiring him again for huge sums of money once the dust has settled, is staggering. But then it isn't really, because it is done by other lowly evolved people.

What is also staggering to me is that some highly evolved people think they are equal to these same lowly evolved people. It is like saying that a kilo of lead is equal to a gram of platinum. I could understand if the lead thinks it is equal to the platinum; because it weighs more, this happens all the time: but I find it incomprehensible that the platinum thinks it is equal to the lead. The fact is they are not equal. As you can now determine, I am not egalitarian: Though I am in the over all huge scheme of things. For platinum to feel equal to lead is a denial of one's level of evolution. It should be that the higher evolved you are the more rights you have. But in the current system of justice, the victim often has less rights than the perpetrator. The person with the most money often has the most rights, regardless of how that wealth was obtained.

The lead always wants to settle disputes with violence. Lead hasn't learned who to respect, often disrespecting those above themselves. They are unreasonable; they kill for the sake of it. They are serial murderers; they are cruel as in torturers and they never listen to reason. Yet these very people have crept into positions of authority and power: Not so much in Australia as in Asia and the East. If the more highly evolved do nothing, this will eventually happen here too. I was almost raped by a detective once. My shop was broken into and I called the police and almost got myself raped. I bit him and drew blood. Now a days one would think twice about doing that in case of contact with HIV or hepatitis.

The unevolved do not appreciate beauty and when in the presence of beauty often destroys it. It is the average evolved that orders the bombing of countries that have not attacked them first, and disregards all life except their own kind. It is lead that accuses people of doing despicable things, and then does the same things and believes they are beyond reproach.

People need to get this point clear in their minds. If you have a different view, try writing down that difference. Read it back to yourself the next day and see if you still feel the same way. Try to disprove what I am saying, but write it down, so that you are sure of what you are saying. .

I believe that the unevolved and the lowly evolved have the right to self determination as I believe that I also have that same right. But I do not believe that the unevolved and the lowly evolved should practice this right at my detriment or any other more highly evolved person's detriment. My right to self determination will not harm another person, unless inadvertently or accidentally. Lowly evolved people need to get their practice on other lowly evolved people, who are making similar mistakes to themselves.

If you are a person that knows little about spiritual evolution, it is now that you must learn. This first thing you must learn is where you are on the evolutionary ladder. If you have not read or heard of this kind of evolution and you have not worked out for yourself that this evolution is the important one to know about, then I suggest you discuss it with your friends. Perhaps you know of someone who would know about it, or you might know about it and can discuss it with those that don't. The subject needs to be talked about more. There are plenty of books on it, even in mainstream book shops.

People sometimes ask me how to recognise highly evolved people. I have even been asked to determine how highly evolved a person is. I never disclose to a person my determination, even if I am 100% sure. It is not my place. It is always one's own place to make this determination, even if you are wrong. Many average evolved persons would consider themselves highly evolved, if they knew about spiritual evolution. However most average evolved people do not know anything about it.

Regarding the recognition of spiritual evolution, here is the drill. If a person looks thuggish, has a thick neck, may have short arms or short legs, or may not. They use coarse language, are dishonest and use violence to solve disputes, have been in jail, are unkind and cruel, their living conditions are squalid, they are unintelligent and not pleasant to look at, these people are most likely the unevolved. They would likely use drugs and alcohol, be drug dealers, smugglers or pimps. Though they may not be intelligent, they may be clever to a degree. They are in their first human incarnation. They have not brought with them any wisdom or social skills. This section of humanity is usually male. However a few females may be in this group as well. These are individuals who have not learned the lessons of their incarnation.

Lowely evolved people are similar, but not so extreme. They may be vandals, they may also be violent. They may be cruel, but not as intentionally as an unevolved person. They are more likely to be neglectful, rather than outright cruel. They could even be arsonists. Females may be prostitutes, though higher evolved women may also be prostitutes. It is easy to tell an unevolved and lowely evolved person by their facial features. I can not explain what to look for in words, as some lowely evolved females are quite pretty. However a person who knows will recognise their incarnation. On the other hand a highly evolved person can be quite ugly. It will be a certain type of ugliness though, it will carry a certain amount of attractiveness about it. Some people may find a big nose ugly, but this will not signify lowly evolution, neither will a big chin. A highly evolved person will never have a thick neck, though they may have a shortish neck.

Below average evolved are starting to get some intelligence. They realise that they need to have a job to survive and make an effort to do so. They mainly have menial jobs. They may still be dishonest, but less blatant. They are less likely to do 'break and enters', but may steal if the temptation is there. They are less likely to be physically cruel, but may be so on a mental level. A lot depends on how much they got away with in their last incarnations. Murderers can be found in all sections of evolution. This may surprise some people. However the reasons behind the murders will vastly differ. A premeditated murder usually is perpetrated by the below average and average evolved. Remember these are not hard and fast rules. There are no rules. People can do what they like. Aleister Crowley, The Master Therion, was highly evolved, quite ugly (in my opinion) and reportedly did many very questionable things. I have read one of his diaries and raised my eyebrows several times. So you see, unless you are in the 'know', it can be quite confusing. Could a very highly evolved soul murder? The answer is "yes". Let me give you an example. If someone breaks into your house with intent to do physical harm, you have every right to defend yourself, family and friends. If a highly evolved person finds themselves in this situation and grabs a poker or other such object and hits their attacker over the head resulting in death. This is murder, otherwise known as manslaughter. It means that the person hit their attacker with intent to stop the attack and death resulted. It is different from accidental death, such as in a car accident. This is not murder.

Average evolved persons are now becoming quite intelligent and this is where the real trouble begins; because they think they know everything. Unfortunately the police force and military are full of average evolved people. This is where you get an average person lauding it over a highly evolved person, imposing their will under the cloak of law. There are many dishonest people in this section as well, however many have learned that crime doesn't pay.

Above average evolved persons are highly intelligent. They often have very high IQ's. They dominate the corporate world; they are politicians, nurses and doctors and of course many other professions. I can't list them all, as I have said before, there are no rules. Some politicians may only be of average evolution, as may some doctors and nurses. I can only say this generally. There are a few highly evolved doctors, who stray away from the mainstream pattern put forth by above average souls. I won't mention any names, but you may guess who they are. Generally above average people are honest, though white collar crime does exist and the perpetrators are most likely above average evolution.

Highly evolved people struggle to survive. It is harder for them to get a job, as often they don't agree with business principles or polices. They don't fit in with the rest of society, as they have evolved past most other people. They don't follow fashion and they don't behave as what would be termed 'the norm'. They are kind, caring people, often finding employment in the natural therapies fields. They are the ones practicing yoga, they may be clairvoyant etc. The may run motivational classes. You get the drift. However there are many average and above average evolved people practicing yoga. Many 'hippies' are highly evolved, even the ones on unemployment. I am talking about the original hippies, not the ones that don't wash, look disheveled and are dishonest.

Very highly evolved people are sometimes recluse or even eccentric. They will always stand apart in a crowd. They are always intelligent, though not necessarily clever. They may be difficult to understand, because their thinking will be so different from someone who is less evolved. Less evolved people may deem them wrong and criticize them. But they will be the ones that are in the wrong. I am using right and wrong here to make a point. In the long term scheme of things, there is no right or wrong. Every mistake you make is a learning experience and is right for you at the time, and you will be doing the job of meting out someone's karma. The thing is to learn by your mistakes. I am talking about short term right and wrong, or correct and incorrect. It is wrong to take something that is not yours, even if you need it more that the person who owns it. It is wrong to do harm or be negligent. These are the wrongs I am talking about. If you go by the belief that there is no right or wrong, then this is free license to do what ever one likes regardless of the consequences. There always is a consequence, either in the form of karma or in punishment by authority. It will be one or the other or both. There are Lords of Karma whose sole purpose for existence is to mete out karma to incarnate souls. Discarnate souls are also subject to karma, though it differs slightly because of the life you lead as a discarnate soul. I am talking about a discarnate soul residing on the Astral Plane, not the Mental Plane. The Plane we are residing on is the Physical Plane. That is why we have a physical body. It is made of flesh and is dense matter. The astral body is not dense, is not made up of atoms, neurons and protons. It is etheric. The physical Plane is also known as the 3rd dimension and the Astral Plane is the 4th dimension. Many souls have incarnated onto the 3rd dimension for the last time, having reached the apex of the pyramid in the diagram above and having learned all they came to learn, have moved on to the 4th or 5th dimensions. On the Mental Plane, here they lose even their ethereal body and reside in their mind only. They are still the same person, the same soul.

David Cornish, you have asked me if everything evolves including metals and rocks and the answer is, yes. Everything that is known is evolving. The universe is evolving, as is this planet and all other planets and stars, moons etc.. I do not know a lot about angels, therefore I do not know what they were before they were angels, or what they would evolve to, as they do not reside on the Earthly Planes of existence. They live in the Angelic Realm and apparently have the ability to show themselves to humans if they wish, however I have not seen one. There is a deep sense of knowing that they do exist, as I sometimes see pictures of angels and I know that it is an incorrect depiction.

Where do thoughts come from? Where were they before we thought them? Yes, even thoughts can evolve, but not the same way that we do. For instance, when a brilliant thought comes into your mind for no apparent reason, it was most probably floating in the ethers and you tuned into it and took it on as yours. You may then play around with it, add to it and then discard it. That thought or idea will then float in the ethers. Of course you can begin a thought on your own. If you wake up one Sunday morning and look out of your window and see it is raining and think, "I'm not getting up yet, it's too cold and wet." That is your original thought. It came as a consequence of seeing the rain and feeling the cold. But an idea, such as an invention is most likely and evolving idea and picked up from the ethers.
